Units must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation to ensure efficient processing and support for your operational needs.

Eligibility Requirements

Original Packaging

All technology products must be returned in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Unused Condition

Items must be in new and unused condition. Hardware must not show signs of physical installation, and software licenses must remain unactivated and sealed.

Invoice Requirement

A valid original invoice or proof of purchase from DMS Prime LLC is required for all returns. Return Authorization (RA) numbers must be clearly marked on shipping labels.
